30 MONTH - LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO customerservice@faceoffebikes.com

FACEOFF Ebikes is a division of Face-Off Industries LLC. Any and all references to FACEOFF Ebikes fall under Face-Off Industries LLC. Prior to 2023 FACEOFF Ebikes was operating as Stealth Hunting Ebikes. Any future references, written or spoken, to Stealth Hunting Ebikes or FACEOFF Ebikes are understood to refer to Face-Off Industries LLC. 

It is understood that any reference to the "customer" is the original purchaser of the product. All bikes are covered under the limited warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. Due to different production batches or improvements, different parts & accessories can be substituted and or changed without prior notice. Every effort will be made to utilize parts of equal or higher quality. Any difference in parts and or accessories cannot be the sole reason for return and/or after-sales service.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The initial purchaser will register the warranty. For the purpose of the start date for the warranty. 7 days after the initial ship date will be used as the start date. The warranty cannot be transferred to a secondary party. The warranty lasts 30 months from the start date (7 days after the original ship or pickup date). All customers with an existing Warranty as of 7/1/26 will be rolled into the new 30-month Warranty with their original ship date as the start date

COVERED PRODUCTS

FACEOFF Ebikes will replace any component deemed defective under the Limited terms listed below. The warranty covers the listed products. In event that there is a disagreement about wether or not a part is covered under the terms of the Warranty; the part will be offered to the customer at a discounted rate. This discounted rate can vary depending on the part but will generally be the cost to acquire the part plus shipping. If warranty work is not performed at an authorized service center, you must provide photographs and video documentation before starting any work. Photographic and video documentation must be provided to diagnose parts needing replacement. Unusual noises do not automatically warrant parts replacement. A noise may indicate a problem, but a specific part must be identified.  It is extremely difficult to diagnose an unusual noise from a video. In most cases the bike would need to be diagnosed at an authorized service center. All shipping and related charges are the customer's responsibility.

FRAMES:

FACEOFF Ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for the Lifetime of the bike. This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to change over parts to replacement frames are not included. FACEOFF Ebikes reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock and or used frames when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of FACEOFF Ebikes. Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to - corrosion, paint fade, scratches, impact marks or bikes involved in any type of significant impact, crash, jumps or collision. Frames damaged by exceeding the maximum weight rating or any custom frame modifications will not be covered. The Payload capacity for the bike is 350lbs. The maximum additional weight loaded on a trailer, attached to the lower frame is 200lbs. The forward & return shipping cost is the customer's expense. FACEOFF Ebikes or an authorized service center will solely decide whether the frame is covered under the lifetime warranty 

MOTOR

This warranty includes a replacement motor or parts only. Labor charges to change over parts, diagnose problems or any other costs associated with the repair are not included. Any noise related to the operation of the motor is not covered. Increased noise can be a sign of other problems. If you experience increased noise, it is recommended that you change the grease in the motor. Changing the grease is also recommended every 2 years or 500 miles. Motors can be dropped off or shipped to an authorized service center. Shipping charges in addition to standard shop rates, are the customer's responsibility.   

BATTERIES

Batteries are covered by a 30-month prorated warranty. After 18 months of use, a battery capacity of 85% or more is considered in good health. During the first year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date. No cash reimbursement will be made. No warranty for defects or damage caused by water ingress. The forward & return shipping cost is the customer's expense. Batteries can only be found defective directly by FACEOFF Ebikes or an authorized service center.

After the first year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery (More details, see below). Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new one-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date. Within 24 months from the date of purchase: 50% sale price credit.  Within 30 months from date of purchase - 30% sale price credit. Beyond 30 months from date of purchase 10% sale price credit. In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by the use of an aftermarket battery charger, improper use of a battery charger or improper storage of the battery in freezing temperatures. I addition the Limited Warranty does not cover instances where there are any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering or where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified. The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, transportation while attached to the bike, water damage or other such misuse.

REAR HUB/WHEEL

FACEOFF EBIKES warranties the Bigfoot Hub, Stealth Hub, and Bafang A510 for 30 months. The Rohloff 14 speed Hub is warrantied directly through Rohloff for 2 years - see below. This warranty includes a replacement Hub or parts only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement Hubs are not included. FACEOFF Ebikes or an authorized service center will solely decide whether damage is a manufacturer defect or the result of normal wear and tear

Always Pedal when changing gears or starting on a hill or under a load. The use of the throttle during gear change or start can damage the rear hub. The gearing system has many attributes in common with bicycle gearing and can be damaged from the output torque of the motor, particularly during gear changes and start. Multi-geared bikes come equipped with a gear sensor (electronic clutch), which turns off the motor for one second when it senses a gear change. In the higher power levels - 4/5 or Sport/Boost, the starting torque can exceed the limit of what the drivetrain can handle. For this reason, ALWAYS PEDAL DURING GEAR CHANGES, so the motor can restart with the gear fully engaged – FACEOFF EBIKES further recommends that you perform gear changes in power level 1/2 or Eco/Climb/Tour to minimize starting torque.

The FACEOFF EBIKES models produce enough output torque to accelerate wear on the rear hub, and the output torque may damage the spokes on the rear wheel. The torque generated may exceed the fatigue strength of the wheel spokes over time causing them to break. Broken spokes in the rear wheel can lead to accidents and injury including death. Your operation of the FACEOFF EBIKE may exceed the limits specified and unspecified by the manufacturer. Face-Off Industries, cannot know the limits and does not know whether the prescribed maintenance of the BigFoot Hub, Stealth Hub, Bafang A510 or Rohloff Speedhub will or will not suffice to prevent premature wear to the Rear hub, drivetrain or wheel components. We strongly recommend you have your bike serviced yearly at your local bike shop and check the rear wheel, drivetrain and spokes before every ride

OTHER PARTS & COMPONENTS:

Original parts & components are covered by limited warranty. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. FACEOFF Ebikes or an authorized service center will solely decide whether damage is considered a manufacturer defect or the result of normal wear and tear. Limited Warranty, as follows: 30 months: Mid-drive/Hub motor, Fork, Headset, Display, Controller, Speed Sensor, Throttle, Motor Switch, Charger, Brake Lever, Dual Battery Converter, Programmer, Bottom Bracket, Crankset, Disc Brake Caliper, Handlebar, Stem, Seat Post, Front Light. * Note: The customer is responsible for the forward & return freight to an official authorized service center. 

NOT COVERED PRODUCTS:

Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. FACEOFF Ebikes or an authorized service center can only assess wear and tear. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to: Battery Case, Battery Lock, Key, Fender, Rear Rack, Basket, Saddle, Grip, Brake Pad, Brake Rotor, Chain Guide, Tire, Chain Ring, Sprocket, Other Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, salt etc).  FACEOFF Ebikes does not warranty the single speed chain or Gates Belt Drive belt. It is recommended that riders start in level 1 to limit the force placed on the drivetrain components. Anytime additional weight is added to the bike there is additional strain on the drivetrain. The single speed systems are designed to work with proper chain tension. Improper chain tension can damage the chain, belt, cog, chainring and other components.  Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, salt, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by FACEOFF Ebikes. If the product the serial number has been removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by FACEOFF Ebikes with the Products. Defects or damage caused by man-made damage, self-modification, improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions and supporting material provided in assembly instruction email. Defects or damage caused by artificially installed accessories that do not match the vehicle, so that the original accessories and other accessories are damaged, or errors cannot be technically identified and analyzed. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

REFUND POLICY

At FaceOff Ebikes we stand by our products. Ebikes designed to meet the specific needs of hunters.  If you are not completely satisfied or decide that a different model would better suit your needs, you may exchange or request a refund within 30 days of delivery. To qualify the Ebike must be in new condition with less than 20 miles on the odometer and show no signs of wear or damage. A 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. If the bike is returned to FaceOff Ebikes with noticeable wear or damage—either through improper return packaging or use during the 30-day period—an additional charge of up to 10% will be assessed. FaceOff Ebikes will notify the customer of this additional charge. If the customer disputes the additional charge the only available remedy will be for the bike to be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense. To initiate a return, you must contact customerservice@faceoffebikes.com

RETURN PROCESS

Return the undamaged product, in its original box with all tags, accessories, manuals, decals, and accessories within 30 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund. Returns without the complete, original packaging will not be accepted. Shipping and handling is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.  FACEOFF Ebikes will schedule a UPS pickup coordinated through Bike Flights. Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for the refund check. This refund will be less any shipping charges, 15% restocking fee and any additional wear or damage up to a 10% additional charge

SAFETY / WARNING

FaceOff bikes are designed for trail use. If the bikes are to be used on the roadway it is recommended to add additional reflectors and or lights. Wear equipment to protect you and make you more visible to others, like a bike helmet, bright clothing, reflective gear, front white light, rear red light and reflectors. Bikes are not designed for jumps, and aggressive riding. Carry all items in a backpack or strapped on the bike. Tuck and tie shoelaces and pant legs so they don't get caught in the chain / belt. DO NOT place fingers near the chain or belt while the battery is installed. Any and all maintenance or adjustments should be performed with the battery removed.

BATTERIES / WARNING

Use caution when working with and using lithium-ion batteries as they are very sensitive to charging characteristics and may explode, burn, or cause a fire if misused or mishandled. Always charge in or on a fire-proof surface. Never leave batteries charging unattended. Batteries should not be left on the charger for any longer than necessary. A fully drained battery will charge in under 5 hours

• If possible, charge your device outside.
• Charge and store batteries away from an occupied dwelling.
• Keep your batteries and device at room temperature.
• DO NOT charge a frozen battery.
• DO NOT store the battery in freezing temperatures.
• Plug your charger directly into a wall outlet.
• Store and charge batteries away from anything flammable.
• Always remove the battery when transporting the bike.
• Monitor your battery for any odors, changes in shape or color, leaking, or odd noises.
• If you notice any of these conditions, discontinue use immediately. If it is safe to do so, move the device away from anything that can catch fire and call 9-1-1.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Scratches on the paint or other surface of the frame, handlebars, battery, pedals, grips, rack, and rims that do not affect the bike's performance, safety or rideability. This type of damage DOES NOT QUALIFY for reimbursement under the warranty.

Any shipping cost for replacement parts and or the return of damaged parts. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover will be sole responsibility of the customer. FaceOff Ebikes will assist with technical advice in assisting the customer in performing any part replacement or change over. The use of a bike shop, authorized service center or other service/assistance is at the sole discretion of the customer with any and all costs associated with such use being the sole responsibility of the customer.

Normal wear and tear. Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions and information provide in the information email, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the eBike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding. Improper follow-up maintenance. For the avoidance of doubt, FACEOFF Ebikes will not be liable or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts. Any modifications made to the bike by the customer will void the warranty. FACEOFF Ebikes or an authorized service center will solely determine whether damage or defect to an eBike is protected by this limited warranty. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with replacing any parts or components.

DISCOUNT CODES

Only one Discount Code or Promotional Code per purchase. Discount Code or Promotional Codes are mutually inclusive terms; including Military Discount, Percentage off discount or any other method that lowers the regular advertised price of an item. Discounts include but are not limited to; Free Shipping, Sale Items, Podcast Promotions, YouTube Promotions, Television Promotions or any other method that advertises to reduce the cost of an item or overall purchase. It will be at the sole discretion of FaceOff Ebikes to limit and or remove any Discount Codes with or without notice and for any reason. Any advertised or non-advertised price change will be communicated to the buyer prior to delivery. It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase. At no time are any prices or Discount Codes guaranteed, but any change in the cost of an item will be communicated to the buyer.

FaceOff Ebikes has 2 authorized service centers. Chassell MI and Oregon WI. Repair consultations will be by appointment only and NO SERVICE CAN BE CONDUCTED WITHOUT THE KEY TO THE BATTERY. Standard shop rates apply

LITHIUM ION BATTERY WARNING  

Lithium-based batteries are volatile. Failure to follow instructions may result in fire, bodily injury and/or property damage if charged or used improperly. BY PURCHASING A LITHIUM BASED BATTERY, THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRDUCT

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By accepting the product, the customer acknowledges that it voluntarily assumes all risks associated with using the Products. Customer, on its own behalf and on behalf of its successors and assigns, hereby and forever releases FACEOFF EBIKES, their respective officers, directors, representatives and employees from any or all claims relating to or arising from Customer’s purchase and use of the Products.  Customer assumes all responsibility and at no time will FACEOFF EBIKES, their respective officers, directors, representatives and employees be held responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur.  

Acknowledgement of Risks

Customer acknowledges that it has read and understood the risks, hazards, and safety precautions associated with the Products 

Limitation of Liabilty and Remedies

Except as expressly provided, this Site, including all Site Content, and services provided on or in connection with this Site are provided on an “AS IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS” basis without representations, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND DUTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, DUTIES OR CONDITIONS: (A) OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, RESULTS, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND (B) CREATED BY TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. We do not represent or warrant that this Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We do not represent or warrant that this Site or our servers are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Your sole and exclusive remedy, and Our sole and exclusive liability, for any breach of warranty shall be your right to return the product, or receive a refund for the service under our returns and exchanges policies. IN NO EVENT SHALL FACEOFF EBIKES OR RELATED PARTIES, BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, NOR SHALL FACEOFF EBIKES OUR RELATED PARTIES’ AGGREGATE LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), OR OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PARAGRAPH WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE OUR OR OUR RELATED PARTIES’ GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, INTENTIONAL, WILLFUL, MALICIOUS OR RECKLESS MISCONDUCT.

You agree that our remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of these Terms would be inadequate and that we shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that we may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees.

No right or remedy of ours shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys’ fees and expenses.
