Switchback MTM - Middrive with front hub - 52v

First of its kind - single speed AWD middrive hill climbing machine. The Switchback MTM "Mountain Man" was designed to tackle the most demanding conditions.  A bike that is not only geared to climb but is also equipped with a dual motor system capable of operating in deep snow.

One of kind single speed drivetrain with a custom fabricated 30T "Shadow Cog". Boasting Custom firmware with the ability to utilize 11 different speed settings. This feature gives the MTM the performance similar to an electronic derailleur. By limiting the max speed, you also reduce the noise from the motor which allows for a stealthy approach as you approach your hunting location. Packed with high end components the Switchback MTM is fully loaded. By adding the front 750w Bafang hub motor we were able to bump up the max speed to 24 mph. The Switchback MTM is geared to outclimb the vast majority of ebikes with derailleurs.

The MTM comes in our M/L hybrid frame that is equipped with our revolutionary frame carry handle.  XL model comes with 5" rise handlebars to accommodate taller riders. All Switchback MTM bikes come standard with front basket, Arrowhead rear rack, fenders, Cloud 9 seat and ship with Tannus liners and FlatOut installed.

Height Recommendation - With the step thru frame you definitely have more flexibility with rider height. We typically recommend the standard M/L configuration for riders 5'6" - 6'2" and the XL for riders 6'2" - 6'8"

Bikes listed on the website as Sold Out can be ordered on a preorder basis. We are regularly getting bikes built and shipped out and often sell out before they are listed as available on the website. Custom colors can also be ordered. We will provide our best guess for when we will receive the parts but because of Custom Clearance and other shipping factors out of our control we cannot provide an exact date. Also, because we don't receive delivery information until shortly before we receive the parts, we are unable to provide an updated time frame other than the date originally provided. FOR PRE ORDER BIKES - NO DELIVERY UPDATES WILL BE PROVIDED UNTIL THE BIKE IS SHIPPED OUT TO THE CUSTOMER. Once we receive the parts the bike will ship out to the customer within 7 days. Preorders are provided to the customer because with some models the bikes sell out before we are able to build Inventory and it is the only way to guarantee you will have the next available bike.
